Can I pay by check instead of PayPal? Yes, you can pay by check. But if you have an account with PayPay, it's quicker and is completely secure. If you wish to pay by check, please click on the Contact Us tab for intructions on how to do that.
How long do flags last? Flag manufacturers do not guarantee the life of a flag because weather conditions vary and can often be very harsh on flags. The greatest causes of flag deterioration are wind, water, sun...and carelessness. The only one of those that we can control is the latter. Occasional washing in warm mild-detergent water will prevent dirt and pollutants from attacking the fabric. Also, to prevent mildew, let your flag dry before storing.
Our unconditional guarantee: While we cannot predict how long a flag will last because of the weather, we do offer our unconditional guarantee: if you are not fully satisfied with the quality and workmanship of any flag, you may return the flag within 10 days after postmark with proof of receipt for a full refund or credit for another flag (your choice).
Given the fact that these flags are seasonal and are only to be flown for short periods of time (ranging from one week to a month), they should last for many seasons, again depending on weather conditions, proper use and storage which are beyond our control.
